HP Envy 114 - Custom Paper Sizes

I am using Microsoft OneNote 2013 in Windows 7 64-Bit.  The software allows me to select "Statement" size paper, which is 5.5" x 8.5", i.e., a half sheet of letter size paper.

There does not seem to be a way to specify Statement on the HP Envy 114 printer, nor will it allow creation of a custom paper size if you are using this printer in Windows, although it does allow for creating custom paper sizes on a Mac.

Is there a workaround?  Is there a way to let HP know that creating custom paper sizes is important for those creating invitations, post-cards and planner pages?

I love this printer, but consider this a severe limitation.
