I have HP office Jet 6500 e 709n series all in one printer. This the message I see when I attempt to open the Solution Center. I cannot scan, but I can print from my PC to the printer.When I try to scan from the printer to my PC, the screen on the printer states there is no connection to a computer.
I am running Windows 7 professional. It worked fine until a couple of days ago. I have uninstalled, re-installed the printer at least three times. I'm at a loss to solve this.
“HP Solution Center cannot run because your device installation is not complete.
Please plug in the USB cable or re-run the set up program from the installation CD for a network installation.
If this does not complete the installation, or you do not have the CD, access the HP Help files by clicking the Start menu.”
