I have an Officejet 6500 E709n that is having communication/driver errors. I can print, the machine is recognized by my computer but I run into errors whenever I try to copy or scan. When I use the "Print and Scan Doctor" it reports there is an issue with the driver.
Things I have already tried repeatedly:
Restarting my computer
Restarting my scanner
Unplugging my scanner
Uninstalling and reinstalling the driver
No combination of the above has worked thus far and I am desperate to have it fixed. Any help is appreciated!
