My HP Officejet 4500 wireless All in one has stop communicating with my computer for scanning purposes. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but, on reinstalling it is failing to install. It finds the printer on the network but, will not completly install. I've tried also connecting through the USB but, it the same results. It will show the abiliity to print but, want show HP solution center scanner capabilities. I've printed documents but, and not able to communicate with the scanner at all. I've tried multiple times at uninstalling and reinstalling. Munually deleting the program from different locations and still no luck. I have to labtops at home and both are having the same trouble with the printer/scanner. I barrowed a laptop from a friend install the software and the scanner and printer works just find. What can be stopping my labtops from installing this program completly and not being able to scann.?
