psc 1210v still will not scan

applied the advice from Teri Lynn (06/17) the first option eeither said the download was not needed or was already installed (don't recall which).  the second option said that the test scan appeared to be working.  The test may have worked but nothing will still scan.  Been trying to send u an email but your mailbox is full and msg was rejected.  H E L P!!!!!!
