Print Properties Won't Work / Win 7 (64-bit) & HP Photosmart Premium

I cannot get print properties to show up on my Windows 7 (64-bit) computer. It's there but when I click on it the button does nothing. I've rebooted both my computer and printer - no dice.

My HP Photosmart Premium worked just fine up until about a month ago. I've searched the boards and I didn't see my specific question... and I thought I posted this question last night on here but I do not see it.

Can someone help me? I can't print photos, can't change layout, can't do anything that you can do in properties.
