I have a LASERJET PRO CM1415fn printer -scanner. Last week out of the blue it said theres a problem, my laptop doesnt recognize my printer. I have a ACER Signature running WINDOWS 7 Proffesional. I then tried to re-install the printer using the CD (8 times now)but it keeps saying-HP SCAN -NOT FOUND and also the HP LASERJET PRO -CM1415fn - FAILED. I have tried twice from the HP website using the internet and it is just using my 3G cards MB up, so far over 550 MB used and it still doesnt want to install.
