Each time I try to install the software for my printer on windows 8.1 64 bit I get the following error message
I get this even though I have saved file to desktop and disabled my macafee anti-virus
this happens after I have clicked on the file it extracts then after a little while this error pops up
have tried several solutions even updating flash player but still he same thing have deleted all files in temp folder but still this happens has anyone got a solution to try
