M1522nf won't scan

When I try to scan, using "scan to", I get an error message stating that it isn't setup on PC.
I also notice that the TWAIN driver isn't listed when I try to scan directly into PICASA or other graphic programs.
I am using Windows 7 64 bit.

Any help with this confusing problem is appreciated.
