just purchased a envy4500 and got it set up on wireless.
My laptop running xp pro sp3 wont find it, installed disc and all looks good on screen but print job disapears, printer set as default.
partners laptop on windows 7 finds and prints but prints 1/2 pages or 3 out of 5 etc. trying to print documents from open office or PDFs also word docs.
colour is painfully slow.
printed from phone and tablet ok printing pics and web pages.
please help
