Can someone please help. I have a fairly new Ink Advantage 1515 All In One Printer. After 6 weeks of use, I got the error message that the colour cartridge was faulty. So I bought another cartridge and after printing for 2 days, I got the same error message. I therefore assumed that the printer was faulty.
I took the printer to the HP agents and they tested it and said that the cartridge is indeed faulty and there is nothing wrong with the printer (how can I have 2 faulty cartridges that work initially and then dont?). They tell me I must now go and buy a third cartridge.
The repair guy mumbled something about perhaps my printer is rejecting it because it is a protected cartridge and I must do something to the driver? Personally, I dont think he knows what is what.
What do I do?
