Re: envy 4502 won't print in color

Windows 8 OS.  I have an HP 4501, and I'd like to throw it out the window.  I have had nothing but problems with it since day 1.  I have a case #3008550851 where the technician fixed the last problem but left the printer in print black only mode even though I told him I wanted it to be set to color.  Now the printer won't print in color, and I cannot find where to change that setting.  Everything seems to be locked.  I've gone to printer preferences and there's nothing there to change.  I HATE this printer, and I have religiously had HP printers my whole career.  I worked for HP for 8 years.  Now, even though my printer is less than a year old, I can't get any help.  As you can tell, I'm really upset because I have a home business that is suffering as a result of this printer.  PLEASE help me find where I can set preferences to this printer that are easy.  You used to be able to switch between color and B&W easily with each print job with my prior printers.  This one makes it impossible.  See pciture for locked settings.  How do I change this, and HOW DO I SET COLOR PRINTING?
