Photosmart 8250 works on Windows 7 comp. but can't find Tool Box

Hi,

I have a Photosmart 8250 installed on a Windows 7 machine.  The printer works fine and I know now that HP Solution Center is no longer available for Win 7 so there is no Tool Box available there.   However, in HPs link called "What Happened HP Solution Center in Windows 7" there is supposed to be a workaround that indicates the Tool box should available in Features/Services tab in Properties or Preferences, etc.

My problem is that on my set up when I go into either Properties or Preferences I can find no tab called Features or Services or Tool Box.  

Any body got any ideas how I can get Features or Tool Box to show up in Windows 7.  Any ideas would be appreciated.
