Sorry if this question is posted twice because I don't see my previous question here.
Yesterday I purchased a wireless printer HP Envy 5530. when I installed the driver, it failed on my Pavilion dm1 mini (don't know the product name since it is 3 years old) with Windows 7. I called HP printer hotline and a guy in India scanned my computer and told me it was my computer's problem. I needed to pay them $149 to solve the problem and one year warranty. Is this the way HP treats their customers or I have other options? Please advise.
