We have an MFP M477 that is setup and working with HP Smart on several laptops. We are trying to setup a new laptop but HP Smart cannot detect the printer. I have removed and re-installed the HP Smart app. We have added the printer in windows on this laptop but just the HP Smart app cannot find.
