I love the HPToolBoxFX, but it won't recognize my 1518ni HP printer.
I love it because it shows exactly how many pages I can print before I need ink and $$$ is an issue, so I have to be careful when I reorder.....that I have enough pages for my active student life + that I have the $$$ to buy a new cartridge. So this software is critical.
My problem......the HP TOOLBOXFX does not SEE my printer. How can I get it to find it? I have reinstalled the drivers and I still cannot get it to work! Please help me, a struggling student.
