Hello! Sorry, for my bad english! I come to Ukraine from Germany. I have Hp officejet 5780 with bad colour cartridge, which i bought in Germany. In Ukraine the number's of cartridges for this model is 141, in Germany - 351. I bought 141 cartridge, but printer say's that it is not compatible with this model, but its not true. I think that the trouble is in firmware. I tried to change different regions from printer menu, but its not working. Can anybody give me the fitmware for Russia or Ukraine for my printer. Or, maybe, somebody have any ideas? Thanks.
