I am trying to reinstall the HP Solution Center 14.0. After downloading OJ_AIO_4500_G510a-f_NonNet_Full_Win_WW_140_408-4.exe all I got was an error message " Unable to create folder to extract webpack !" when I tried to run the file. I have tried to reinstall the printer with disk, but have had no luck. How do I get the Solution Center back?

I can print colour from my phone but not from my PC
My printer wont print in colour from my PC unless its a test page. I change it to colour in printer settings but it reverts back to mononchrome. I have uninstalled & reinstalled printer software but it still doesnt work. It prints in colour from my phone ok, Please Help !!

Use hp scan :I got an error message after the installation and I try to open it. The message is" The HP imaging device was not found. This means that the driver for the scanner is not installed.
I can't use the installation disk after upgraded to window 10. ( printing and scan function fine when running on old pc ( XP ).
So the all in one printer can only do one thing now ... printing after upgraded to win 10 ( new HP pc )
Can some one help ? send me the link to download the full software solution for the printer .

HP DJ 2130. Replacing HP-63 cartridge with HP-302 cartridge did not work.
I have HP Deskjet 2130, and it came originally with an HP 63 cartridge. The cartridge that works with this model in Eurpoe is HP 302; but the printer does not accept it, and HP Smart says incompatible cartridge. I seemingly need to install anothr firmware, I think. I couldn't find a standalone firmware to download, and the DJ2130_Full_WebPack_40.11.1124 does not update the firmware.

HP ENVY PHOTO 6234 - CARTRIDGE CANNOT BE USED UNTIL PRINTER ENROLLED IN INSTANT INK -
I'm after some help please as i am about to throw this printer out of the window.
i am enrolled in the instant ink programme and the printer is showing the error message that both cartridges cannot be used until the printer is enrolled. i have followed all the solutions from the HP website, updated drivers etc but i am going round in circles and unable to print anything. i wish i had never purchased the printer with all this trouble.
Does any one have any suggesions please. My computer is a MACOS High Sierra 10.13.6

My HP Photosmart Plus 210 printer - No TouchSmart Pad light up
I recently got my HP Photosmart Plus 210 printer out of storage. When I plug the printer in; the printer will respond by making a noise like it is ready to print. When I connected the printer to update the software it responded through the computer and again making printer sounds. However, I cannot tell if it is on/off or see the apps on the TouchSmart screen because these do not light up or display. What do I need to do to fix this? All assistance will be appreciated.

Printing error
My brandnew envy 7858 keeps returning printing error when printing wirelessly.
Copy works fine.
Scan to email worked which means wifi is not an issue.
I have done a hard reboot already.

HP Printer Assistant Update IP Address function does not work
Everytime my router restarts, it seems to reassign all the IP addresses. Which means my printer software (HP Printer Assistant) no longer works. HP Smart (an app) allows printing - but does not have the fuctions of the full Printer Assistant app.
So I need to be able to update the IP address in the Printer Assistant app. It does have a "update IP address" fuctions - however it does not work, I get the error "We are currently unable to update the device. Please reboot your system and try again if you still have problems using the device."
Rebooting does not help.
I don't think I should have to uninstall and reinstall the software everytime we have a power outage.
How can I fix this? When I need to print or scan something, I useually need it then and there - not after 20 minutes or more of trouble shooting.

Officejet Pro 6978 printer cartridge won't move, error message 0x6100004a
I am having the same issue with my HP Officejet Pro 6978, error message 0x610004a, in which the carriage will not move, there are no signs of paper jams and the printer will simply not respond by following any of the instructions posted anywhere by HP.
I would like to know where I can take the printer for a warranty repair. It was purchased less than 6 months ago from Costco in Burlington, Ontario. Otherwise, this is a piece of junk and its a shame that its likely going to cost more to service the printer than to buy a new one. Speaks to how our society works, buy something for $100 and throw it out with no support from the manufacturer to divery waste.

Using HP Eprint via wifi.
Leaving printer on over time without printing, eventually get Error code 0X00D0CD51, UI_MAIN_MEM. Unplugging clears it ok; & otherwise works fine.
Does HP auto-update f'ware or must I do manually?

HP8720 no longer connects to wireless and goes to flashing screen
I used my HP 8720 very sucessfully for around 2 years I think. For the last few months it would go to a white flashing screen once in a while which gradually became more regualar and would happen about every 5 min. I would have to turn off and on each time.
Now it won't connect to my network anymore. I tried a reset through the internal menu and it still won't connect. Please help!
I printed the wireless network test results and is says Settings no filtering FAIL. MAC address filtering is not enabled on my router.

Msg 'Printer is in an error state'
Nothig works to fix the printig.
o WI-FI connected (software knows the printer's ink levels)
o Scan doctor does not fix it
o I have the latest firmware.
o Out of warrenty
I sm beginning to suspect that HP does this on purpase to get

HP LaserJet P1005 installation process won't finish on Windows 10 64-bit Slovak
Receiving an error message when trying to install the basic driver for LaserJet P1005 with Windows 10 64-bit Slovak. Downloading "ljP1000_P1500-HB-pnp-win64-en.exe" goes fine as is running the file up to and including the terms and conditions. On "Preinstalling the driver files ..." I got the following error message:
"Printer Software Installer has stopped working
A problem made the software stop working correctly.
The software will be shut down and you will be notified if there is any solution to the problem."
I have checked other threads on the same topic on the forum (e.g.

Deskjet 2652 with Windows XP
My Mother purchased this printer to replace a much older one. It is clearly printed on the box that Windows XP SP3 is compatible. But I was there the other day trying to get it installed. There was no software in the box and the instructions said go to 123.hp.com to setup the drivers. The only feedback we got at that site was that this OS is not supported.
So I need the correct driver software to download or some other specific instructions on how to get the driver installed. Otherwise it is going back to Walmart as defective, which is true in her case, if we can't get the driver.
She is elderly and does not want to change the OS she is accustomed to. Nor does she really need to with the few simple activities she does, rarely even connected online.

What is a WPS PIN? I was asked for it in order to proceed with re-installation of my printer.
My original issue was that when I tried to print from my PC, I received a message that my wireless printer was offline. I powered the printer off then back on--which always worked before with this issue--but I stil got the same message. I then went to the HP Print & Scan Doctor and Installed an upgrade that had been waiting. This instigated a re-installation process that at some point the dialog asked for my WPS PIN, which it said was on my printer or included in the paperwork that had come with the printer. It was with neither. Meanwhile, my computer no longer sees my printer, which was not the case when this issue began. Lacking the WPS PIN, I tried installing the original drivern, which never engaged. I'd downloaded and re-downloaded so many upgrades from the Scan Doctor and the HP Support Assistant I've lost count, I don't know. What I do know is that in the course of a few minutes I went from needing to get my computer online to now needing to get my computer to recognize my printer--it's no longer listed in my computer's Control Panel. I can, however, still print from my phone--it is the marriage between PC and printer that has been interrupted. Any solutions?
