HP Printer Data Storage
I have a general question I need to know the answer to. I have an HP Officejet 200 Mobile Printer Product Number CZ993A. I need to know if the printer stores any information about the print jobs it performs and if there is a process to delete all that information. Does it store any print information after power down? From my research it is using RAM to do print jobs so by turning the printer off the memory should be cleared.

HP OFFICEJET 4630 printer error codes OXB8025E30 and OXB80005F4
I cannot power up my printer. Outlet is working fine, not plugged into surge protector. First got error message OXB8025E30 and went through steps to reset. Unplugged power cords, waited sixty seconds, would not power on. Tried again, several times, finally printer powered on agin but shows error code OXB80005F4. help.

Since installing the Mas OS 10.15 Catalina HP drivers my HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 will not shutdown.
I recently installed the HP drivers and software from the HP site that were supposed to work with Mac OS 10.15 Catalina. Among many other problems with these drivers and software is that now my HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 will not shut down and I must unplug it to complete shutdown. HP, do you know about this problem? I should not be having to ask other customers how to fix this when it is you that produced the device and the software.

HP1102 Firmware and Config
I'm 2 days into trying to install 1102 drivers on a clean Win 10 Pro install on an Elitebook 840G1.
It took disabling the 2 smart install options in the System Settings menu of the EWS to keep the Smart Install panel from opening in Windows 10. The trick here was I had to have the printer already configured as a wireless printer which I did on a Windows 7Pro client. I used the hp_LJP1100_P1560_P1600_Full_Solution-v20120831-50157036_SMO.exe driver package.
One of the parameters is IO Timeout, but I am unable to find this documented any where. What does it do?
So, I have 6 of these printers on different firmware and software versions. The ones I have access to are on Firmware\Software

Most have both Sleep and AutoOff. 20100223 does not have sleep, Comments or the WebServices Tab (maybe a good thing). What is sleep doing (yeah, it's a lo power state, what else?)?

How do I connect my new HP Officejet Pro 9010 to my old VISTA OS?
I easily set up the printer with the Windows 10 but cannot set up with my older desktop. Only the fax driver is available for download. Other suggested links 'fail' from the HP support site. Suggestions please!

I have just purchased a HP OfficeJet Pro 8030 series printer and I am having trouble setting it up. I am getting an error message about the printerhead but is is not the same model you show in you instructions on the link I was provided from the JustAnswer expert. Your help shows a cartridge latch for the printerhead that does not seem to exist on this particular printer.

printer doesnt print 2 sided
Hi,
I have a HP envy 4520 and since ive changed my laptop and re downloaded the hp smart software. I have clicked on duplex printing and enabled both sided printing but it keeps on printing both sides manually so I have to keep on putting the paper back in to the printer. The 2 sided automatic printing worked on my last laptop but doesn't seem to be doing it automatically on this one.

Unable to save a scanned file
When I scan a file it scans correctly and I can see the image in the preview however when I go to save the scan I get a message "File not found. Check the file name and try again" I have tried changing the file name and the same error message occurs. It happens with both my OfficeJet printers. I have uninstalled and reinstalled ALL HP programs but the message still occurs. It was suggested this is a registry issue but the remove and reinstall didn't help. Thanks for any help.

cannot clear printer error
All lights are flashing. The screen reads Printer Error. Please turn off. then on. When I do that the printer cycles through, and i get another message. It is simple B8932FA4. then it goes back to the Print Error screen and all lights begin flashing again.
