My printers prints but the scanner doesn't work.
It was working for a long time but we had a power outage a couple days ago and now it will not work.

My HP Color Laser Jet Pro 3201dw does not appear on my network.
We printed on this printer for two solid months and all of a sudden it stopped appearing on the network. It is connected because it will still update firmware, but will not appear on my network. I'm operating Win10 on the laptop, Win11 on the desktop and whatever the latest platform for Samsung mobile and none of them see this printer. I actually returned the first printer because I thought it was a defective printer and because your robots say the WPS PIN is on the documentation that comes with the new printer. Well I just received the new printer and guess what? No WPS PIN on the documentation that comes with the new printer. I've spent close to 24 hours this week and I'm just about done. Can anyone out there help me figure this mess out?

My computer says that my HP ENVY 5055 is asleep! How do I awaken it?
My computer says that my HP ENVY 5055 is asleep! Otherwise, it appears that the printer is correctly connected to the computer. HP Smart is happy with the connection. When I use HP Smart to print a PDF file, I submit the file to be printed, and HP Smart comes back to say "Printer is asleep". HP Smart offers nothing that I can find that will awaken the printer. My computer retains the unprinted file in the PrinT Queue.
Can anyone help me and tell me how to awaken the printer?

Turn off Wi-Fi light At night!
Help! I have a new HP envy 6000 series printer in my bedroom. Unfortunate, the darn Wi-Fi light stays on permanently. I tried to turn it off in settings. It said there is no auto off function if connected Wi-Fi. Who designs these things? I want the light off when I sleep or auto power off the entire printer after an amount of time. It won’t let me that I can find. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Printer only printing in Black & White
Hi Everyone
My printer has recently starting only printin Black & White. The "Print in Greyscale" is definately not selected.I have installed new ink into the printer and the printers quality pages are all printing with colour on them. I have searched everywhere but cant locate where to go to check this. I am just about ready to smash this printer.

I got the printer to work in Windows 11! I went to the driver installer here in HP support:
I ran the installer, which does not finish 'normally'. However, in Windows 11, you can go to Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners. Click Add Device. After waiting for Add Manually link to show up, click it. Plug in your printer. Select 'Add a local or network printer with manual settings'. Click next. Select the USB port with the printer. Click Next. You can now select the driver under the manufacturer 'HP'.

Officejet 250 Mobile frozen
I have a brand new Officejet Mobile 250. I used it once and then the next time I turned it on it told me I had a Cartridge problem and had to ‘Remove and reinstall the indicated (colour) cartridge making sure it is correctly installed’. The issue is that when I open up the cover to access the Cartridge the cartridge rack does not move and so I cannot access the cartridge to remove it. I have tried a factory reset but the printer just freezes, and when I try and shut it down it just freezes too and I have to remove the battery pack.

HP Scan's login requirement resulted in me being accused of cheating
I am taking online courses, and needed to scan in my final exam. When I went to open HPSmart, I was forced to log in to access the scan function. It forced me to open a browser and access the internet to use my scanner. The proctoring software detected this and flagged it, resulting in an accusation of cheating. I was nearly expelled because HP forces me to get on the internet to use the scanner that is 5 feet from my computer.
Please change this.

How to Darken Print Output on Laser Jet 600 (M601)
I have a relatively older HP Laser Jet 600 Model M601 which is printing too light in spite of having a new full toner cartridge. Two questions: First, how do I make the print output darker? Secondly, when I try to get to the maintenance options on the control panel, I get a message “Options Conflict Invalid User Name, Password or Access Code. To the best of my knowledge, I’ve never put in a user name, password, or access code in this machine. However, over the years I had outside service contracts and I suppose they could have put in some in the service process. Except for the light print, the machine is still working fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
