I have windows 8 on my laptop and an HP-Print-Photosmart 5520 printer. It has worked once before, but after having to refresh my laptop, it will not install. When I click "add printer" in Microsoft Word, it tells me "The Active Directory Domain Services are currently unavailable." I even tried going to my control panel, where it at least found my printer, but still no installation. My laptop will connect to all my neighbors' printers, but not mine.
