I set up the officejet j6450 all in one printer wirelessly. I am able to print with no problem. I cannot scan. When I open the solution center it says the printer isn't connected/found. I ran the hp print and scan dr, it directed me to uninstall the software and reinstall it. I have done so and the printing works however now the solution center is no where to be found on my computer. It's not on my desk top or in the programs section. I have tried to do a whole computer search for the software and it is no where to be found. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software now 3 times. No luck. I don't know what else to do.
