I havea multifunction printerHP DeskjetF4272All-in-one,Iinstalledwindows 7,using the softwarethat you download fromthe HPsite,the installation is complete,I openedthe HP SolutionCenter,butI realized thatit worksonly the printer,butwhen I usethe scannerdisplays ablack sheetandcopydocumentusingme, a window openswith the words "noprinter connected."I deletedthe printer softwarefrom your computerand install itagainwith nosuccess.ThenI downloadedfrom the site"HPPrintandScanDoctor"andafter havingdonea scantold methat the printerwas allOK,while the scanIcrashedon thedriver.
