easy start downloads fine but wont install. keep getting a "your version of windows is not supported" message. HP troubleshooting page detects my version of windows and finds the appropriate software, but the not supported flag keeps popping up. Windows 7 on my system is 32 bit by the way and according to all the info on the printer, should be supported (deskjet 2630 all in one)

Printer won't print.
All of a sudden when I print docs my laptop tells me that the printer needs intervention. I uninstalled the software and downloaded it and it still does the same thing. Printer shows normal as always. Good signal and connected to network. Frustrated!

HP Ink Tank 115 printer driver wont launch
Appreciate help on installing driver software for this new HP Ink Tank 115 on Windows Vista 32 bit.
I was able to download the driver from this link (https://support.hp.com/hk-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-ink-tank-110-series/18165165/model/18165166) but cannot launch the file. I tried other .exe file like the one from my old printer (other brand) and it's working fine.
I'm not a technical person so please bear with me, please let me know if there are other information required to support this query.

HP WidePage 777z - job storage issue
Dear all,
We are expiriencing a problem with printer HP WidePage 777z, to be exact with printing documents from job storage.
When a document is choose to print from job storage the whole printer becomes unresponsive and only restart is solution. But restarting printer after every document is not really acceptable solution.
This is a network shared printer (for about 30 users) and it is not really functional without the job storage.
Can you please tell me how to resolve this issue, or at least what could be the problem
Tehnical details: printer has the latest firmware (version: LIMOFWPP1N006.1921A.00, Date built 2019-05-24) and latest driver (HP PageWide Pro 772-777z PCL 6 ) with turn off job storage option.
There is an error in event log: Printhead lift motor stall.

HP SmartStream License not Detected
I'm trying to connect the HP Printer PageWide XL to the HP SmartStream software ver. 8.5 using cable LAN. After entering the IP network on the software, after all the message popped up, the this message popped up.
Ironically my license all work fine but this particular PC cannot detect the license.
If you need to know, i am part of 'external' HP printer testing team, my job included to troubleshoot when problem during testing happened and i still cannot figure out how to solve this one. My previous method is just to left this pc and unit for couple hours and hope for the best later or just switched to other computer but if most computers show this error then my job cannot proceed.
Need help from HP's expert team on this issue.

Remove & Delete Pre Windows 10 Print and Scan Doctor
How do I completely Remove/Delete the HP Print and Scan Doctor that is currently on the computer that includes a "shortcut icon" on the desktop? As I understand it, removing the icon just removes the "shortcut Icon" and leaves the rest of the "Print and Scan Doctor program" somewhere else. I want to remove everything, so maybe later I can reinstall the latest one for Windows 10 Pro if I encounter a problem.

Officejet 8710 stops working with windows 10 1903
My Officejet is installed as a network printer and works fine on this computer with Windows 10 Pro version 1809. When I updated to Windows 10 Pro Spring (1903), the HP 8710 does not print and says that it has no print driver. I clicked repair and windows could not install a driver. Two Canon and one Brother printer work fine on the 1903 upgrade, just not the 8710 (which is the preferred default).
I think I will buy a Canon multifunction and get rid of the HP.

problem printing from a MacBook Pro
Hello,
I have had to reinstall the drivers for this unit. It seems like all is well, BUT, I have not been able to print from my MacBook Pro. I can SCAN, but not print (whether thru wi-fi or by, physically, connecting the Mac to the printer. I have spoken to Apple. They spent a bit more tha one hour with me, to no avai.
My Mac is fully up-to-date (10.14.5) and, by trying to download the HP software, I am assuming that it should perform. I have never received any error messages, etc.
I would very much appreciate any ideas anyone may have. Thank you.

HP Photosmart 8150 not working in Windows 10
Hi,
Does anyone know whether this printer (which was supported in Windows 7) is supported in Windows 10 as although the printer is recognised when I try to print in comes up in error and display 'offline'. I have tried powering off / on and tried a different USB port.

HP 8710 Windows Server 2012 without everyone's permission - we get only blurry lines.
I'm setting up shared printer on a network. I have created a local user group to share the printer with a select group of people. When I'm setting up the printer share, I add my group and remove the everyone group to secure my printer.
Interstingly enough whenever I remove the everyone group the printer no longer prints properly all we get is blurry printouts. Printer works properly all other times.
Any suggestions?

Printer won't print correctly
Recently I purchased and installed new printer cartridges. The printer quit printing good especially black, such as words, lines, numbers, etc. I cleaned and aligned printheads and still no clear printing. The new cartridges are HP 564 like I have always used. I purchased them from Amazon but am not really sure its the cartridges. I have done all I can think of here but maybe there is something else I could do. Can you suggest anything?

There is NO COLOUR in my prints from ANY SOFTWARE i have followed all steps and prints from other devices fine i never had this issue till i just recently got my doublesided printing to work again after a few months, any help would be much appreciated

I have a HP photosmart 8150 printer suddenly stoppped printing when on my laptop.
I have an hp photosmart 8150 that I have been using with my Hp EliteBook laptop now for 1-2 years and it has worked great until here lately... it stopped printing. The computers system is 10 pro.
It began with a message saying the printer was offline which moved into an Error message. I unplugged, uninstalled and installed in every place imaginable still nothing. Now when I install the printer it shows up under "other devices". when I ran the online driver installer it couldn't find the printer. I have also changed ports nothing has fixed this.
I have another laptop and the printer works great on it.

Out of Paper/blinking light issue
Recently went to print a document and it printed 2 pages then a paper jam occured. The printer is on but the Attention light keeps blinking every time I try to print. The light doesnt come on until I have something in queue to print, otherwise just the power light is on. I put paper in the tray (not a whole stack though), nothing happens. I've tried cleaning the rollers in the back of the printer, same thing. I tried resetting it, nothing. No idea what to do. I've looked online for answers, but no luck. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
