Sometimes the installer can find the printer - most times it cannot. No firewall or defender enabled. Tell it the actual IP and it still refuses to install - STILL CANNOT FIND THE PRINTER. OH WAIT!!! There are TWO m477s!! And it cannot find EITHER of them. What is wrong with this picture? The other problem: the TWO m477 printers go OFFLINE frequently and usually right in the middle of a important project - then go all the way to the printer, do a complete COLD RESTART and then print. Nothing like screwing up your trend of thought because of a PRINT FAILURE. These printers are networked for a reason. Additionally, I have three other HP printers, 2 HP print servers. NEVER had network issues with any of them in YEARS. Since buying these? Headache after headache. Burnt transfer belt - under warranty. Something should have been done about this. It should still be updated and made to work properly. Hardware is up to date. Obviously the software needs an overhaul. If someone can be real clear and dead on nuts about what is causing it, I am all ears.

my hp envy won't print after this week's Window's 10 update June 10 2019 update

I just downloaded this week the new windows 10 update and it's not printing on my hp envy printer. Keeps saying not connecting to driver? I tried uninstalling printer and reinstalling it multiple times but I still can't print. It can print from my android phone so I know it's not he printer. HELP!

My printer prints well, but speed is much slower than it was yesterday. What could be wrong?
I tried updating drivers. HP Print and Scan Doctor, I have it configured for wireless printing. I have Windows 7. I just don't know what else to try. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I need steps in order as I would call myself only slightly above average when working with computer related issues. Thanks.

system not recognizing printer
my hp laserjet p1102w has refuse to recognize the system i connected it with for installation, i tried it with several PC but still to no avail. i don't know what to do. none of the system was auto-detecting it when cable was connected with and even when i used the installation software, it still was not installing. what do i do?

print mistakes
Printer does not print every line but skips some texts. I ran HP print and scan and got an error for the driver. I clicked uninstall and nothing happened.
When I went outside print and scan, I couldn't uninstall the driver. Apparently there was a conflict. Perhaps I have more than one driver.
I am stuck. Any suggestions?

I have been trying to fix my HP Inkjet 7612. I have finally gotten it to connect online, yet the webservices will not enable. It is asking for a web proxy authentication, web proxy password, proxy address, and proxy port. How do I find these? Thanks for any help!

HP Printer driver issues
I have a HP Envy 4502 wireless printer. It has never truly worked from windows. I am constantly reinstalling drivers. Making it a network printer (which has worked sometimes).
Doesn't work from any windows 10 computer
Works from linux
Works from Android.
I've used default windows driver (detects fine, doesn't print, nothing in queue)
I've downloaded and used HP driver (detects fine, doesn't print, nothing in queue)
HP Smart Software loads fine, can see printer, scan, ink levels, print test page'
I'm normally an HP person (3 HP laptops). Although I think this is the last time I'll buy a HP printer. It's quite obvious it just doesn't work. I can't believe my configuration is so unique.

Problem starting a support ticket
I am trying to use the HP website to start a support ticket for a recently launched product, the HP Reverb Pro. It is registered on my dashboard, so, logged in to the HP website I click "contact an HP agent for support", it brings up the page to choose a product, I select mine from the dashboard, and it kicks me back to the previous page. There is no support for this produce anywhere on the site, and the virtual agent has no idea what I'm asking. There isn't a board for it on this forum.
This frustration on top of having a brand new, expensive and faulty product, is sapping my trust and faith in HP. Can anyone from HP please help?

Microphone Problem
I've started getting this problem with a specific microphone of mine. Whenever an app uses my headset microphone (doesn't matter how many apps) the CPU usage on the process ntoskrnl.exe goes up to 25%+. Any other microphone still works fine, (for example, my webcam mic) I've tried reinstalling the device, changing the settings, changing audio driver, searching for viruses. Still nothing, same problem still happens. I've googled through a lot of websites and all solutions don't help. Please help if you know what's going on.

Cannot Print even though successfully connected to WiFi
Have moved printer to new location and have succesfully connected it to the WiFi but it wont print and keeps saying "Cannot print. Please visit hpinstantink.com for information". However, this was my husbands printer and he died in November. My printer is broken so I want to use this one. As if things weren't difficult enough! Why won't it let me print?

Problem getting HP LaserJet 6P working on network on Windows 10
Hi, I need help to get HP LaserJet 6P working over network on Windows 10 (64bit). It is a great printer!
I looked on HP Web site …& cannot find any HP drivers for LaserJet 6P that will work on Windows 10 .
I tried HP Universal Print Drivers for Win 8.1 Ver 6.7.0.23989
But get Error message...KERNEL Unsupported Protocol....when trying to set it up.
I tried Microsoft Driver Update for LaserJet 6P.
I tried a couple of those offered ...however...
They installed OK ...and I can print to printer …. but..
The printout document is corrupted...
I tried changing some of the Advanced Settings ...this made some improvement.....
But still printed document is corrupted in parts.....
This is a great printer... and I would like to know how to get it working on Windows 10.
Does anyone out there have an answer to this?

Cannot find Installation software
Install PSC 2175 printer on Win 7, driver not found. Found HP community response with a link to the installation software. But the message was archived and the link was no longer available. Would really like the HP Director software that came with the installation disk (as well as the driver). Is the installation software available somewhere?

Cannot get the main application screen for my HP Officejet Pro 8500A e-All-in-One Printer - A910a
Hi- When I click on my HP Printer icon, I get these error messages instead of the startup screen that gives me access to tools, scanner, etc.:
"Automation server can't create object"
"file:///C:/Program%20Files/HP/HP%20Officejet%20Pro%208500%20A910/Bin/HPSPProgress.hta"
"C:\Program Files\HP\HP Officejet Pro 8500 A910\Bin\UDC_files/UDC_Main.json"
then other files in that subdirectory: "tasks.json, url.json, UDC_Install.json, UDC_Device.json"
