For some time now, my HP Officejet 8500 doesn't seem to clear the cache (?) after printing a document and/or simply doesn't print a document and keeps it waiting to be printed. Sometimes it prints after an hour or so. Sometimes not.
Running the problem solver sometimes results in printing the last print again, not in printing the next file to be printed.
The problem also occurred shortly after attaching the printer to another computer, so it seems to have something to do with the software in the printer.
HP Officejet 8600 words fine on both computers.
How can I solve this problem?

Can not print with google docs on HP officejet 3833
I installed the HP app on my chromebook. Printing pdf's with this app is working, printing with the microsoft Word app works too, but printing from e-mail or google docs dous'nt. Chromebook says printer is printing, but nothing happened on my printer.

HP Photosmart 5520 Offline
Computer thinks the network printer is offline. Iphones can still print over the network, but not the windows computer. I have to uninstall and reinstall the software to make it work each time I want to print from the computer. Please advise.

Cannot scan or print from my Mac to HP Photosmart printer
I have a Photosmart c309g printer, which has been working fine before I installed Mojave. Since installing Mojave, I cannot print or scan anything. I uninstalled the software that I had from the printer, and went through the process of installing it as specified by HP and Apple, which was to go through the preferences, then add it in Printer preferences. It would only give me "Generic PCL Printer" as an option. That would allow me to print and scan, but it gives me extremely limited options as far as resolution, tray selection, etc. So what I decided to do is install the printers software that came with the printer, like I did when installing it with High Sierra.
I install the software, and when I get to the part where I need to add the printer in the Mac preferences, the software shows up, but I get an error message immediately after, saying "The printer software was installed incorrectly. Would you like it to be repaired?" I choose repair. It sets up the device, and the printers icon shows in the Mac preferences. Now, when I try to print, nothing happens. And when I try to scan, using the HP Easy Scan app, I get an error saying "Software for "%@" failed to run." Plus, in the HP scan program, the printer icon shows up, but with a yellow exclamation point next to it.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I have taken screenshots if anyone wants to see them.

printer device not recognized in mojave
Hi,
I'm also having an issue with my new mac mojave and my old HP Photosmart b010 printer. I've tried everything from restarting the computer and printer to installing and reinstalling the softwares but nothing has helped. When i go to check the printers in the system preferences it doesn't show me any options for printers to add.
Please help me with a solution because my printer worked perfectly fine until 2 weeks back with the old mac that used a OS Sierra, i'm facing this problem only with the new mcbook pro that uses Mojave.

Error 2753 when trying to install OfficeJet 9010 basic drivers on Win7 pc
Connected an OfficeJet 9010 to a Win7 (x32) pc via ethernet cable. Printer installed fine using the built in OfficeJet 9010 driver. When trying to print a test page nothing prints, same with Word etc. Downloaded and tried to install the basic drivers but got the following:

Photosmart 8150 hooked to HP Pavilion all in one computer, worked just fine, now doesn't.
I have been using these two together for over a year now printing great. Then overnight I come in and try to print and first it says error state. I run the troubleshoot and it says that the usb 3 is not supported. I have changed usb cords, I have run windows spooler and deleted everything, started the printer and the computer over a 100 times. Nothing works. When I plug in the usb (that come with a new hp printer) it makes a sound on the computer and says the hp 8100 series printer is now ready. but when you click print it says error state and thats it. Please help, cause i love this printer!!!

printer offline
Hello, needing assistance with printer offline status continual issue. I've downloaded new printer drivers, unplugged the power cord from the printer, etc. Sometimes it will fix the printer offline issue, other times it doesn't. Why does this continue to happen and how can I fix it permanently?

Prior installation preventing drivers from installing (HPLaser Jet Pro 400)
Hi awesome people, I am trying to install printer drivers on Dell Desktop computer but I get the error message that reads 'prior installation is preventing the installation. Please uninstall and reboot the system.
I tried the following
1. Rebooting the system as the error message displays
2. Unsinstalling the drivers from the ctrl panel
3. Removing printers from the control panel, devices
4. I tried to run windows + R then printui.ex /s and removed all the installed printers
5. I tried to run the MS uninstall and install tool to remove the stubborn program

Re: won't printer after instant ink canceled
I have canceled my printer ink replacement and I am now getting that I have to re-enroll to print from my printer. MY PRINTER. The cartridges are not working! Why is HP holding people hostage and forcing people enroll and not allowing people to use their own printers? How is the function disabled?
