Black inkt HP D2460
I have a Printer HP D2460, since a while it is not printing black inkt anymore. I changed the cardridges, I installed the printer again, I updated the controlprogram, nothing is working to just print black. I also have a second printer (same model) that one is not printing black inkt aswell. So the only thing you see is that the inktcardridges are moving during printing. It is so strange. Today I used HP Scan Docter but I see the error "check the controlprogram"? But I can't click on next, and like I said I already I updated the controlprogram. What can I do to resolve this problem?

Envy 7855 scanning software issues
My printer is setup wireless and not connected to computer. All of the sudden I am not able to scan to my email. It’s giving me an error at the end saying that it’s temporarily unavailable.

My HP Envy printer won’t give me the option to print in colour
I have exactly the same issue with my HP Envy 5540. I've tried printing in word and also in acrobat. I've tried checking and then unchecking the print in grayscale option. The firmware is up to date, the cartridges are fine but the printer refuses to print in colour, (the test page by the way does print in colour)

HP Officejet 4655 - cannot print color, no option to turn off grayscale, no option to print in color
My computer recently automatically updated to Windows 10. I can no longer find anywhere where I can switch my printer from color to grayscale or vice versa. It only prints in B&W now. I have downloaded the recommended printer driver , firmware, etc. I have spent hours trying to figure out how to print in color! There are no options in Printer Properties, Printer Preferences nor Properties. I only have the option to print Draft/Normal/Best. Any help anyone has would be greatly appreciated as this is completely frustrating. This was not an issue in Windows 7 for me.

Can not print
Hi, my printer prints empty papers. I have new toners. I think i have locate the problem to my operation system which is Windows XP from 2003. When im in HP.com it says that there is no drivers to that operation system. Where can I found that if not in hp’s home page. Hope someone can help me.

Printer will not allow my WIFI password because it starts with a space
Hello! I'm trying to connect my printer to our company's wireless network. I select the correct wireless network but the networks password begins with a space. The printer will not allow me to submit that password because of the space as the first character. Is their any way that I connect or override my printer so it accepts the space as the first character of the password?

ink cartridges unrecognized after hp support change the regional setting of my printer
I have purchased my printer hp deskjet2136 in middle east and now I already changed my region to Philippines, it happens that the cartridges that I have been using was already broken, I have search the model of my ink cartridge which is hp 652 and I found out that such model was only available in the middle east and not in asia, as I read on the hp support as residing now in asia the compatible cartridge for hp 652 is hp 680, I bought it and when I install it the printer does not recognized it so I called the hp support for assistance, they help me change the regional setting of the printer but they said they already do the setting but still why does my printer doesn't recognized the new one. please help me what should I do to correct it, because the light of the tri-color, and black on my printer keeps on flashing even if I reinstall the old model of cartridge. thank you for your help

Cannot Change Printer Preferences
I cannot change my printer preferences. Every time I attempt to change them I get the following with a circled red"X" :
"Function address 0x00007FFAC1FEA839 caused a protection fault. (exception 0xe06d7363). The application property sheet page(s) may not funtion properly."
Any help is appreciated.

My Printer Only Prints @PJL Not The Selected File
We have found a big WF-7610 printer... and we have set it up so it works... when we went to print out a file, it just printed a page full of @PJL ... and then loads of other pages with about 5 to 15 jumbled up letters and symbols on it... we have tried to stop the current job and tried again but it kept on doing it... and it did the same when we reset it back to defaults... I have looked at everything that I could find on the internet to help me... be none of them was what I specifically needed, or if it was it wasn't explained properly... so I hope that I have explained this properly... I would love for someone to help me with this.

Laptop shows wireless printer offline error.
My printer is connected to correct wireless network. My laptop shows the icon grayed out. I have removed and restalled again. No check marks that shouldnt be.

unable to download firmware update for samsung c1810 printer AND CAN'T TALK TO ANYONE
Ignorant edited chat feature which defaults to moronic answers and questions. Finally figured out (on my own) that I needed a firmware update and found where to get it. It just doesn't download and there is no way to ask anyone a question. Started ticket yesterday and doubt if I'll get a resolution soon. Used to be HP was pretty good about at least the self support features but now with no one to talk to, I'll be moving to some other onerous company

Connection peoblem
My printer won’t connect to my WiFi. When I try to connect it back it says no encryption found. I don’t know if it’s the printer a fault of the WiFi. Help please!

Can't find my printer model after downloading driver
I had an HP DeskJet 3752 but recently got an HP OfficeJet Pro 8025. When I download and install the driver, the new printer does not show up. It only shows the old printer as being offline. Therefore I am unable to finish the install and set up of my new printer. What am I suppose to do?
