So the company I work for is finally switching over from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and we have a lot of remote users now with local printers. I have been trying for the last three days to install the HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 over USB but not having any luck. It must be done via USB as that is how we configure a printer redirect from the users VDI. While doing the install it gets to a screen where it is trying to find the software online to do the install and it pops up a screen saying no internet connection. I find this a little hard to believe though since I am talking to the user via Teams at the moment this pops up. I have tried every driver on the HP site without any success, and I have also tried HP Smart. I have cleared the Program Files folder and Programs and Features menu and also run "sfc /scannow" to try and fix this issue. All the ports on the new systems are USB 3.0. I am at a loss for how to proceed from here, any help is appreciated.

printer will not print color from 1 computer
I have multiple computers connected to my OfficeJet Pro 6978 via LAN I do not use the wireless capabilities of the printer because the connection was iffy at best. Because of problems with connection to printer (printer not found, no scan, etc.) I removed all HP software from all computers and reinstalled the printers to each computer. Worked wonderful, all computers (3 desktops, 2 Laptops and one tablet all running windows) worked properly for about a week. Today one of the computers will no longer print color. I have spoken with my brother who is an IT professional about the issue and other people and the general consensus is to get rid of the HP printer and get another brand. I would like to fix the issue without resorting to dumping HP, any help would be appreciated.

Print on long paper using HP m12W (520mm)
I am attempting to print a 114mm x 520mm (number plate) using a HP m12W printer. Presently, when I attempt to set the print limits to 520mm the driver/interface limits the length to something like 365mm.
Is there a way to force a m12W printer to print on 520m long paper?

Region code reset
Dear hp,
I recently moved to India, and purchased ink catrtridge hp 678 from local shop for my printer hp 1515. The printer is not responding to the cartridge 678. I then came to understand that my printer region code should be changed. Kindly help me resolve this problem.

My HP Deskjet D1520 will not recognize a new HP 21 black ink cartridge.
I have tried to replace the old, empty printer cartridge (HP21, black) on my HP Deskjet D1520 printer on two separate occasions with two brand new cartridges. The printer does not recognize the new cartridges, and the printer is not operable, with a continuous flashing light. Interestingly, when I reinsert the old, empty ink cartridge, the light returns to solid, and the printer attempts to print -- however, the cartridge is empty and unusable! I have tried resetting the printer. It doesn't make any difference. I tried to install "Print & Scan Doctor", but .NetFramework 4.6 will not install due to unknown error. I have tried to use the virtual help chat on the HP site, but have been unable to find any solution. I'm hoping that someone has experienced this specific problem and can help. Thank you!

Setup Envy Photo 7855 Without Setup Cartridges

ENVY 6020 setup issues - only prints test page, nothing else, but scans ok
Been methodically through the install and setup routine but still cannot print from my PC, though it scans ok. Have tried every suggestion on these sites repeatedly over the past 6 days but after reinstalling, redoing setup etc I still cannot get it to link properly for printing with my PC. However I have managed to get it set up and working correctly on my wife's laptop ok so it's not a network issue. Followed exactly same setup process on my HP desktop PC but the printing link just isn't there. I've undertaken regedit scans and health restores, reset printer memory, unplugged, replugged, reset BT hub, used USB cable, even set up a new user account and tried it from there. I've done everything all the blogs suggest and still no luck., I am at a complete loss.

Failed to instal driver
I have issue with installing driver for my pc,
my pc don't have cd-rom, so i downloaded the driver in hp official site, although in windows 10 they have app of their own but i see some difference in printing results, cause i test it in my laptop(the one that have cd rom).
the main problem is : everytime i instal driver be it manual or autorun, it's alwasy resulting failed, like in picture above, i already try to extract from cd too but not working. so both driver source be it from cd and official site not working.
Q: How can i install the driver without fail? is my pc requirement lack, cause i comfident with my pc spec like ram, processor and graphic card
*Please help how i can instal my driver, cause the difference in printing result and option the one use driver and using hp smart app is really different in option. i want full feature installed in my PC like my laptop does (the one installed using cd), and my budget for cd rom portable or buy instal cd rom hardware not enough.
