I have HP laserjet pro MFP M428fdw. It is connected to tel. line for fax purposes. When somebody calls and leaves a message, it goes to Fax machine after 4 seconds. How would I set up the fax so that it distinguishes fax from Tel. calls?

Laser Jet 4200 macOS 11 Printer Driver
I have a staff member who purchased a new Mac with OS 11 and I can't find a printer driver that will work for our Laser Jet 4200. HP driver site for this product says to use HP Easy Start or HP Easy Admin but no luck with either. Does anyone have a solution so I can get this staff member setup to print? Your time and assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Driver can't find "auto software" to set up DeskJet2700 on MAC OS BigSur 11.0.1
HP smart open up printer to add, HP DeskJet2700 series 92B34E is visible and after selecting it, Driver use "Auto select" can't find the device driver info. I also try selecting " Select software to choose the driver with HP DeskJet series driver" but error prompted to add. I couldn't complete the set up to install the driver on my MAC laptop with OS Big Sur version 11.0.1
Can someone help me please? Also there is no USB hard cable to connect with my laptop to print either. Thank you.

how to install a printer with the XP drivers on Windows 10 64-bit
Dear Paul,
I would urgently request your help with regard to connecting an HP LaserJet 1018 printer to a laptop with the Windows 10 64bit system. The printer is in the Bluetooth and other devices folder and I don't know how to get it be shown in the Printers and scanners folder. The Microsoft word doesn't see the printer so I can't print. It is listed in the device manager as a program device.
First I tried connecting it using HPEasyStart 12.9.8 Before clicking on the exe.file I had connected the printer to the usb port and had a message in the bottom right corner that the installation had been finished.
Nevertheless, I proceeded with the installation process and got to the menu to load the ink and paper and then nothing happened. No buttons to stop installation.
Second I tried the Windows update but my model is not in the list
I also have a disk with the istallation software but the manual says that it is supposed to be used in the xp version.
I would really appreciate your help

Printer showing as offline when it isn't
The printer is showing as offline when it isn't and it is connected to the same network as my pc. I have tried to disconnect printer and pc and restart, I have uninstalled HP Smart and the printer and tried to reinstall, but it is still showing as offline, so I can't install the drivers and being told to switch on the printer. I have tried to coinnect it via usb cable but that doesn't work either. Please help

Printing 1200 dpi TIFFs
I would like to print B/W TIFFs with 1200 dpi resolution on a Pagewide Pro 472. Is there some way to turn off or bypass the nozzle substitution mechanism that limits the effective resolution to 600 x 600 dpi? I understand that true 1200 dpi output might be marred by blocked nozzles but I am prepared to deal with that externally by modifying the TIFF.

printer has power but....
Printer powers on but cannot get past that.

This Volume does not meet the requirements for this update.
Unable to update driver. Running Big Sur 11.3.1. Printer is LaserJet P1505. Keep getting error message, "This Volume does not meet the requirements for this update." Recommended driver is Mac Printer Driver HPPrinterDrivers5.1.
All suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

I bought my printer today from Sams Club. It was the display model but they did not have the original setup cartridges. I bout ink cartridges and do not know how to bypass this to continue setting up my printer?

Is data stored on HP deskjet 2515?
Dear Community,
I have been struggling with my MFD printer for the last 2 days. Every time I am switching on my printer, It is showing me a page icon (along with the orange ALERT icon) which it seems is related to my scanner. And since then, I have not been able to use my scanner (have not tried using ONLY the printer though). Occasionally, in addition to the small paper icon it is also giving me the 'E' icon as showing me empty ink levels indicator (whereas my cartridges are not empty). When I am long pressing the power and cancel button, it goes back to showing only the small paper icon. (images attached for reference)
I have tried resetting the printer by multiple and simultaneous button press, have plugged and unplugged the device numerous times but all in vain. I am now contemplating to submit my printer to a HP service center in my country. BUT my apprehension is that there might be some cache/temporary memory files saved on the device which the tech team can get access to which I want to avoid at all cost.
I have 2 queries -
1. Can I reset my printer back to normal functioning at home?
2. Is any sort of data stored back into this particular MFD device during its use which can be accessed by technicians during service? and how to erase it?
Hoping to get my printer back to life. Thanks in advance!

HP Envy 4512 has power but display is blank and is nonresponsive
