Laserjet M1120n MFP with Windows 10 version 21H1 upgrade no more works
Hello, after upgrade to Windows 10 version 21H1, I cannot print any more with my printer Laserjet M1120n MFP, which I connect through wired network. Ping the printer address is good. When running HP Print and Scan Doctor, the printer is found. When trying to print a test page, it does not work. I tried many things: turning off the printer, restart my computer etc. with no result.
Anybody can help?

Laserjet MFP M28-M31 - On MacOs BigSur 11.3.1, not found the driver
It's not possible t connect the printer via USB cable, the status of the printer is always Unknown or not connected
I've asked Apple support, the pb seems to be a driver pb, but I can't find the right driver for OS Big Sur .
Using HP smart app don't allow me to install the driver
Have you any solution ?

Driver is unavailable
So apparently Windows 10 did an update and now my printer won't work. I've tried the print and scan doctor app. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the hpsmart app. I've tried downloading other drivers. I've tried the HP Windows 10 Support Center. I've tried the virtual agent. Nothing seems to be working and I really don't want to have to buy a new printer. At this point I don't know what to do. Now I can't even log in to the hpsmart app because it gives me error code: SA_400_XXXXXXXXXX. Anyone have any ideas?

hp 135r - how printing 1200dpi?
Hi guys
i had hp 401 printer before. Its a best lazer model for 20ty years, but it was old and died.
I looked many printers, in finish i chosed "135"th model for the reason high resolution (as was informed on website)
But really not possible to force printing in hiqh quality.
I used Photoshop, word, wievers...i used original drivers and analogs...this device doesnt printing 1200dpi
i know whats mean high quality - i making negatives for shtamps and quality of 135th - its very bad. Not possible to create negative for UV.
Please help me - where my problem?
If i sending HQ artwork - printer just sleep and need restart, after it make LQ print. In properties of printing page (soft) - i see 1200, but printer still doing 600 or lower.
How possible to force printing up to 1200?

Print preview version is outdated
Hi Everyone
I have a brand new Designjet T250. The Print preview worked on and off (not consistent) when I first installed the drivers a month a go but then started showing a dialogue box stating Print preview version is outdated and a link to HP Support. I have since uninstalled and reinstalled the latest drivers twice (March 15th) with reboots in-between and I still get the same message rather than print preview screen on all applications.
Anyone any ideas?

I cannot print using Direct either. Nothing works. I bought this new printer thinking it will last a lifetime. What a pain.

Apple M1 chip and HP 8720
I purchased a new iMac with the Apple M1 chip, and my HP Office Jet Pro 8720 no longer works. I checked and there was no software installed so I went to HP which in turn gave me a link to ‘Install HP Smart’ which took me to Apple App Store HP Smart for Desktop. I downloaded that and it shows as ‘open’ – I know that because I have been sent back multiple times. I have run the HP Network Configuration Page and all is good on that report. From what diagnostics I have gotten it says that it needs software downloaded. So since the HP Smart for Desktop is not loading the needed software I am looking for a different source.

Having trouble downloading "HP LaserJet Pro MFP M127/128 Series Full Software and Drivers"
I am trying to download this driver so that I can scan documents. The downloader gets to 99% and stays loading for a long time. Afterwards, I get an error message which reads:
"An install operation took too long to execute. This is a fatal error preventing product use.
Please restart your computer, and run this installer again. If the problem persists, please check the product support web site for your product."
I have tried restarting my computer a few times and I receive the same error message.

RESET
Wow. I guess I find myself in the same boat. Recently received M527z, but can't configure because I don't have the Administrator password. I was able to accomplish a reset from the device itself, but no luck getting in remotely to configure anything. Need default Administrator password, and/or the ability to truly reset the printer to factory default. (Will still need a default password, no?) Thanks in advance for any help. Mark

Driver is Not Available
I got a new Lenovo Laptop and have been unable to get my HP Office Jet to get recognized by Windows. I have installed it and it shows on the HP app but windows shows "Driver not Available" on the printer setup page. I have tried deleting it and reinstalling it numerous times same error.

Problem is it says to download the Basic Driver (which I did) and to UNZIP it. The solved answer says to manually install the printer with have disk and use an INF fie you extracted. There is no zip file to get an INF.
Any ideas on how to get this to work? The printer works fine on my Old Dell laptop and Asus laptop both with Windows 10.

HP OfficeJetPro 7740 will not print
When a print job is sent to printer, it just says printing no output. Nothing in Que. It acts like the wrong printer selected and is not communicating with computer but have checked it and is the right printer. It will print a diagnostic page when prompted so it is communication via Wi-Fi. I was on HP virtual Chat and went through multiple diagnostics, downloaded new drivers and nothing worked.
