I recently updated my operating system to OSX 10.9.2 and now I can't scan. Scanning function in HP director is greyed out and my Apple scanning utilities do not detect a scanner installed. Tried switching from network to PC connection to no avail. When will HP have a new driver that updates full printer function compatibility with OSX 10.9.2?

How do I get scanned pages into ONE file?
I am scanning a BOOK, so I need all the scanned pages
from the flatbed into the SAME file. Why does it keep insisting that
each page be a separate scan? Its a pain in the **** to have
20 separate files to have to deal with. This is an HP6700 all-in-one.

Hello,
I hope somebody has the solution for my problem:
I have a laserjet Pro CM1415FNW and all the features were working fine (printer, scanner and copier).
One day it a fatal error with no wireless connection and stop scanning.
I uninstalled the HP software and tried to reinstall it again but when the the installation is almost complete,
the error appears again.
I have tried reinstlling the drivers in my computer again but I get an error again.
The printer works when it is accesssed from another computer but not from mine.

printer identified as DVD/CD-ROM
Hi there,
I guess since after upgrading to Win 8.1, my LaserJet M1132 MFP is not recognized. When it is pluged to USB, it is identified as DVD/CD-ROM! I have tried download its driver but the installation just cannot detect the printer. Tried to unstall and install it many times. Tried also download and run HP Print and Scan Doctor (HPPSdr.exe). That tool also cannot detect the existence the printer. Could anyone help?

Printer Drivers for Linux Mint 10?
Hey all. I'm not so computer literate. Have Linux Mint 10 for the OS on my laptop. Printer is a laserjet M1319f MFP. Desperately want to be able to make these two compatible, but the HP driver website redirects to a site requiring Mint 13-16. Any help out there? Thanks!

drivers for windows 8
I have need for a printer driver for a HP Deskjet 6540. I recently had to upgrade to a new laptop and o/s because of motherboard failure in an obsolete machine and now need to get both a deskjet 6540 and an older scanjet 5470c working. This is for a standalone machine without internet access, therefore, I have to have downloadable products that I can put on a thumbdrive and use on the standalone machine. This is for a nonprofit organization that hope to not use scarce funds to upgrade the printer and scanner to newer products.
I can not find anything on the HP website that is downloadable and does not require internet access to run. Just a basic driver for both items is all that I need. Not something with all the "bells and whistles".

HP Office Pro 8600 e all in one, Printer Assistant has disappeared
I am running Windows 7, Office Pro 8600 e- all in one
Out of the blue both laptops in the house lost priner assistant and all its functions (fax to folder, etc).
Windows has had a few updates within the last few weeks so I can only assume it stems from there.
For both laptops I have uninstalled and reinstalled both from the CD and from the most current driver software from the hp website with no success.
I have run HP print and scan doctor with no success.
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated...I am at a loss.

Windows XP Drivers for Deskjet Ink Advantage 5525 Printer
The printer installs well enough in Windows 7 but fails in windows XP.
Does anyone know where I can download these drivers? When I do a search in the HP driver support page nothing comes up for any operating system.

windows vista basic doesn't trigger my hp deskjet 1515 printer into printing action
My hp 1515 printer doesn't print in spite of all the efforts to get this done through my hp windows vista basic Desktop Computer.Scan and Photocopy mechanisms work well.Helpline support could not get the solution though there has been a promise of further help and support.Please advise.

Deskjet 720 Series, need patch for 32 bit Windows 7, same problem as 64 bit
I have been frustrated trying to get my Deskjet 720C printer to work with Windows 7. I saw that the 64 bit problem was solved but it says not for the 32 bit. Why can't it be used on the 32 bit? And what should I do? Thanking you in advance. Mo

LaserJet CM2320 - goes in to loop and requires a reboot

Lately the printer gets "stuck" in a loop.
When the user uses the all-in-one as a "Copier", the LCD will show the circular logo rotaing and it won't stop. Copying stops and the printer has to be rebooted.

Cannot download Solution Center for Off Jet 6500 Wireless since going to Windows 8.1
I get a failure message and am unable to download HP full feature software (a.k.a. the "solution center") for my HP Officejet 6500 Wireless on my Aspire E1-571-688 Laptop. The solution center was successfully downloaded when I got the laptop in August 2013. It was running fine until I upgraded from Windows 8 to 8.1.
When I discovered that the solution center would not run, I removed the printer and driver software beofre trying to reinstall. When trying to get the Solution Center back, I can't get past the download step because during download it "fails". I was able to download "drivers only" through the "add a printer" option, and I do have printing capability, however I am unable to use the scan function from the laptop (or directly from the 6500).
Weird that I can't get the scan function to work on the unit itself (I get the "no scan options" message when trying to do so) as I have confirmed mutliple times that the printer is successfully connected to the correct network.

HP Photosmart 3210xi All-In-One - Can't install updated drivers and software
I am trying to install my HP Photosmart 3210xi All-In-One to my new computer with Windows 7. I have both downloaded the driver and software and also have purchased the disk from HP. when I try to run the installation from either source, I get the following message:
