HP Solution Center Disappeared
My updated HP Solution Center software which allowed me to scan documents as .pdf files with my Officejet Pro L7590 has somehow disappeared. I've updated the drivers after upgrading from Vista to Windows 7. I had been using the Solution Center for quite some time after the upgrade. I tried to used the software disc for windows Vista to reload it. I'm getting an error message which seem to say that my 32 bit system is not supported. How do I get the Solution Center back?

lp-6500 e710nzMSI.msi missing and I can't find it
I have had 3 HP printers go bonkers on me in the last 6 months. My computer geek made things worse. So, I got CCleaner and wiped out every reference to HP in the registry. Then I installed a loaner, HP DJ 1512. It worked just fine. Until today.
Now I've used Revo to uninstall the 1512. I was trying to uninstall the HP OJ6500 E710nz? I want to uninstall so I can reinstall it. It has never been installed correctly.
Can anyone tell me how to find this driver (lp-6500 e710nzMSI.msi?
Any help will be greatly appreciated. If I don't get help, I will post a picture of a bald woman on this forum:-)

I have had three HP printers go bonkers on me in the last three months. (I love HP printers). My 6500 and 4620 were not ever installed correctly. My computer geek made things worse. So I got a brilliant idea and used CCleaner to wipe out all references to the printers in the registry and elsewhere. Then I installed a DJ 1512. It worked like a charm. Until today.
I decided since I was able to get the DJ to work, surely the OJ would work again. So I have tried to use Revo to uninstall the 6500 completely so I can reinstall it. But there's this one little old driver that is lurking somewhere, and I can't find it. I need it to complete the uninstall and the reinstall.
Could someone please help me with this?
Beware--if I don't get help soon, I will be posting a picture of an old, bald lady on this forum.....

Unbelievable. I have been here for almost 400 minutes trying to get this thing to print a word document.
My only regret is that I didn't try this within the first 30 days of purchasing this crap. Now, I am stuck with this thing.
But, I can warn my friends, family and business colleagues.

HP Envy 110 can not create custom paper size
I have an HP envy printer. I want to print on 9.5cm x 22.5cm card stock. The printer will not recognize these dimensions. Is there a code (a6, 2L etc) that fits my paper dimensions? I tried to create a custom paper size but "custom" was never an option on my drop down menu... PLEASE help... thanks...

Officejet J6450 Software will not install
I have a new Windows 7 x64 Dell notebook and I downloaded the software for the Officejet J6450 All-in-one printer and it will not install. I have made sure to unblock the downloaded file, tried running as Administrator, turned off the Firewalls (Windows and McAfee Anti-virus) and the sofware comes up with a "non-descript" Windows C Run time error.I have tried to find a solution using Google and other tricks that I know, still will not install.
I need the program to install so that I can use the fax & scan features of the printer. I am a Network professional and this has stumped me. I need this for my wife and if she aint happy....

HP Officejet Pro 8500 Wireless All-In-One Printer A909g
My current firmware is: DLM1FN1344AR.
I am due for a firmware update. I still am using my original 32-bit Sony PC (soon to be put out to pasture), and there are now 2 newer 64-bit PCs which will remain on the network.
Should I wait to update the firmware until I remove the old Sony from the network, or would it be safe to update the firmware for the 64-bit OS which exists on my 2 newer PCs?

Officejet 6500 E709n Printer Driver installation Problems
Let's see if I can get this correct. We have had an Officejet 6500 E709n for a couple of years but for some reason, about a week ago, none of my programs could find the printer. Thinking it was a wireless problem, I tried everything dealing with the connections and the hardware to no avail.
I uninstalled the driver thinking it was a driver issue and this is where the real problems started. I went the HP site downloaded the correct driver for win 7 64 bit - OJ6500vE709_Full_14 and proceded to install it. I got the "The installer cannot acces this registry key. Please ensure that the installer has access to the registry and click retry to continue installation." I disabled the virus protection, tried again, and still got the message.
I then found several forums explaining the ctrl-shift-"cancel" solution, which I tried. I got a FATAL ERROR and it crashed out on me. The program then placed a "solution" on my desktop, it tried to restart and then crashed out again. I am at a complete loss here. please help.

photosmart 2610
I used to have an Icon on my screen that opened a HP program that let me type and print on envolopes, now the Icon is gone and when I put the cd in the d drive and it starts to install i get a window that states " cannot be installed as "run as". I also went to the HP web site and tried to download the new driver but a window popped up stating I dont need to replace the current driver. the printer works fine and scans fine and copies fine, I just find the HP PS 2610 program.

Printer Error
so i purchased a new ASUS laptop, and ive plugged in the usb to my laptop for the printer, and the printer is coming up when i click print but it then comes up with it either saying that there is an error with the printing or the documents are sent to a que, i have no idea what to do please help?

How do I find the photo software that comes with J3608 printer?
I recently bought a computer with Windows 8.1 and downloaded the compatible printer driver for my All-in-One J3608 printer. On my old computer, with Windows XP, when I installed the same printer, it came with a photo program. But the new printer driver either doesn't come with photo program, or I can't seem to find it on my computer. I just want to edit my photos. Does the new printer driver come with a photo program or do I have to download one? Can you help? Thank you.

after setting my print settings to print only black/gray scale & fast draft, i click apply and ok. I go back & check my settings that i just completed i find they were not saved. i must manually do this every time. before these default settings would be saved, but not now.
