I have a WIFI connection between my phone and my HP Officejet Pro 6978 and have successfully printed several 8" by 10"
pictures that were on my phone. I would like to print 4 different photos on one sheet of paper.
Does anyone know if that is possible?
And if so, how?

The printhead on my HP Photosmart 6515 e-All-in-One Printer - B211a failed so I purchased a replacement printhead from a reputable vendor still selling this model of printhead. After I installed it, I still received the error code 0xc19a0023. The replacement printhead is at least partially functioning as I can still receive information about the printer ink levels which are passed through the printhead PCB. Digging into printer settings a little more, I can see that the printhead is visible to the printer, but doesn't have a model or serial number, which I assume is a case of data rot on the printhead. I am looking for a way to re-flash the firmware on this printer in hopes that it will assign the printhead those numbers. If there is a way to flash the print head independently, that would work as well. Otherwise, is there a way to modify the printer firmware to not require that information from the print head? If need be I can try to disconnect the ribbon cables the tie the printhead and PCB on both the new and old printheads and swap the PCBs, but I would like to try to avoid this if possible.
I have a Hp Color Laser Jet Pro MFP-M479fdw printer. I turned it off by mistake but when I turned it back on, the printer came on but the display screen did not. I thought maybe I put it in power-saving mode by accident . but I unplugged it several times, switched power outlets, press and held the power button for 30 to 60 seconds; still nothing.. The printer powers up like normal but the screen is doing nothing.. can anyone help me please!!!

Using the suggested "Click the Start button and type %temp% into the search bar, then open the shown Temp folder." is NOT FINDING DI EXPECTED FOLDER.

HP says to use Windows', but it doesn't offer me one. HP Smart app can't find my connected printer. 😞 Ethernet cable connection works though, but I prefer USB cable.

HP OfficeJet Pro 8035 series printing an extra page after every time I print something. I tried the solution that the virtual agent in chat recommended but it said that it was for Windows 7 and I have Windows 10.

Hello since the MacOS update (Big Sur version 11.4) I am unable to print or scan any documents with my HP Deskjet F4500.
I tried setting it up from the beginning but now it has a different icon for the printer and removed the option of scanning. It doesn't print either.
Does anyone know how i can fix this? I have to scan very important documents and send them abroad
The driver for the above only works with an intel processor, does anyone know if HP are developing a driver that works with the new M1 chip? just spent an hour with apple that confirmed the driver is the problem. Cannot print anything at all and 'air print' will also not work.

I've been using my HP Laserjet MFP m128fn printer for a while now and it was both printing and making copies without any errors. All of a sudden, it has stopped getting recognized by any of the laptops in my house and I am unable to take printouts but can take xerox. I did not have the driver installed when I was using it initially. However, now, it doesn't seem to be getting recognized as a printer at all! I have replaced the USB cable as well but that hasn't helped. What could the problem be?
Hello, I have been trying for over a week now to install my envy 7155 onto my hop laptop. I am able to show that it is my default printer but whenever I try to print it says my printer is not installed. I have a windows 10 operating system but unsure of which one. I have also been unable to get my 5 months of free ink. I am hoping to get some help before I decide to return the printer. Thank you so much!
I have two problems.
1. Put wrong language and cannot change it.
2. Iam on Android phone and printer will not connect to wifi
Just updated Mac OS to Big Sur 11.4. Now printer isn't working, although the print box says it is. I've tried several apps, pdfs, etc and the only thing that has printed was an alignment test generated by the support website via my computer.
